Today's perfect union of mind, body, and spirit. Breathe, stretch, and relax in the great outdoors in nature's Urban Oasis. An invigorating blend of walking and yoga in Toronto's beautiful High Park.

Walking in nature gives us a wonderful opportunity to enjoy and experience its abundant beauty. To see and experience the beauty all around us, that also lives in all of our hearts. To slow down to the speed of the moment and revel in the movement of our bodies and the sights, sounds and smells of nature.

Yoga Walks take place on Saturdays throughout September and October.

All walks start at 10:00 am. We meet at Starbucks at 1997 Bloor Street West. (see map below)

This year's Yoga Walks dates are:

  • Saturday, September 29, 2007
  • Saturday, October 6, 2007
  • Saturday, October 13, 2007
  • Saturday, October 20, 2007
